I was a very proud coach stood with our team on Saturday. All the boys, while they were waiting to get on, were cheering and singing “come on Bishops Lydeard” and celebrating anytime their teammates did well, for both the games.
On the pitch they continued to be brilliant. Such a lot of effort from all of them to make both games really competitive even if the score lines didn’t show it.
They were against another very physical team with 18 months experience of playing together.
Player of the match this week goes to Carter for tremendous effort, non stop running and some great skills. With a special mention for Darwin in goal having a great game ❤️.
