The Under 10 girls travelled to Wedmore for an excellent 4×15 min friendly. Great game, great play and great hosts at Isle of Wedmore AFC.

Having been a goal ahead most of the match, they suddenly found themselves 2 goals down in the final quarter.
Credit to themselves they stuck to our Lydeard principles of play to come up with 2 of the best team worked goals you would hope for. Both goals started from winning the ball in our own penalty box, moving the ball quickly forward, into the two forwards who were selfless to set each other up, with a goal a piece, to get the 5-5 draw.
